REQUEST FOR BIDS
Waukegan Public Library will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for CONSTRUCTION AND FURNITURE for the Interior Renovation at Waukegan Public Library.

Waukegan Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of Waukegan Public Library. All bids are to be in accordance with the Bid Proposal Forms, Instructions and Scope of Work, and Construction Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount.

A Non-Mandatory Walk-through will be held on January 20, 2025 at 9:00AM.

Sealed Bids will be received until January 29, 2025, until the hour of 10:00 AM and then, at that time, publicly opened and read at:
