This computer class is for individuals who want to learn basic computer skills in English. The class runs for four consecutive weeks November 26, December 3, 10, & 17 from 10:30 to 12:30 PM and is held in the Computer Learning Center on the library’s main floor. Every Wednesday, excluding the fourth Wednesday of the month, open lab hours are available for those who wish to learn computer skills in an informal setting, those who wish to review recently attained computer skills, those who just want to brush up on computer skills, or those anywhere in between. All are welcome, registration is kindly requested, and walk-ins are welcome. Open lab hours funded by Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

Come enjoy popcorn and a film during Waukegan’s HolidayWauk. The Polar Express: On Christmas Eve, a doubting boy boards a magical train that’s headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’s home.

In this hands-on class, kids ages 4 to 7 will listen to stories, sing songs and create a craft project in the art center.
