Lake County Farm Bureau presents Corn & Soybeans

What’s the story behind corn? It’s the third most important crop in the world. We’ll talk about sweet corn, popcorn, Indian corn and MORE. We’ll make popcorn the way the Aztecs did.
Soybeans, another amazing food crop is often called the miracle crop. Tofu is made from soybeans. We will taste edamane and roasted soy nuts and conclude with an activity or craft.
