Email Notification Troubleshooting

If you are not receiving email notification messages, please add wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info to your address book and make sure you are not blocking, filtering, or forwarding messages from wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info.

Use these instructions from your email provider:

  1. Make sure wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info has been added to your address book.
  2. Make sure you are not filtering messages from wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info.
  3. Make sure wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info is not blocked.
  4. Make sure messages for wkgncirc [at] waukeganpl [dot] info are not being forwarded to another email account.

  1. Log into your Comcast.net email account.
  2. Click on the Preferences tab (dark grey/black nav bar)
  3. Click Email tab in the light grey navigation bar that appears under Preferences.
  4. Under “Settings Managed on Comcast.net” click the “Spam Filtering / Confirmation” link (second link in the list).
  5. As an extra layer of security, you will be prompted to login again.
  6. An “Edit spam filer” window will pop-up, here you can enable or disable the spam filter.
  7. After the edits are made, click the SAVE button.
